These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between TV Baji ("we", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our services through the TV Baji website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TV Baji is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, Lottery, and related entertainment services. It is your responsibility to read and fully understand these terms and conditions before using our services.

TV Baji is strictly prohibited for users under 18 years of age. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when creating an account.

• TV Baji may verify your age at any stage of the registration process.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately.
• Funds deposited into an underage account will be returned, but any winnings will not be paid out.
• If you are aware of a minor using TV Baji, please notify us immediately.

Once a bet is confirmed on TV Baji, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing your bet.

Key Betting Rules:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each bet and may vary by game or market.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, TV Baji will settle all related bets in accordance with its own policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, TV Baji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet already registered on the server will be considered valid.
• If coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is detected, all bets will be voided.

TV Baji reserves the right to change, restrict, or suspend betting limits in any market at any time, with no obligation to provide an explanation.

Deposit Rules:

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours.
• KYC (account verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements (typically 5x to 30x, varying by offer).
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per member.
• Bonuses may not be claimed across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• TV Baji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the associated account may be permanently closed.

• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses
• Using bots, automation software, or any other prohibited technology
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to TV Baji's systems
• Coordinating fraudulent betting activity with other members
• Harassing TV Baji staff or other members
• Knowingly exploiting platform vulnerabilities

TV Baji uses internationally recognized security standards to protect members' personal information and financial data.

• All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption.
• Payment information is stored in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• TV Baji never sells your personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared where required by law or government order.

TV Baji reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If fraud or bonus abuse is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Any balance left after closure will be returned within 30 days (excluding bonus balance).
